Welcome to Arnie

 

Our Story

 

Arnie began when our founder John began caring for his 98-year-old grandfather. After the passing of his wife, Arnie spent his days doing the simple things: drinking coffee, watching the birds outside the window, and finishing his morning crossword.  At the time, Grandpa Arnie was learning to navigate the transition from home care to an assisted living facility. 

 

Arnie's family coordinated with each other to tag-team these tasks: an iPad call here, a phone call there. They worked together to address his needs - looking to neighbors, his church, and the local community for assistance. Yet something remained missing.  With his deteriorating condition, what he needed most was human help. 

 

Grandpa Arnie needed direction. A friend. 

 

And thus Arnie was born. We honor Grandpa Arnie's legacy through creative solutions for aging adults. Solutions that both enrich the soul and stimulate the mind and body.
